- Raw Food is Final Sale

- Discounted Items are Final Sale

- Toys are Final Sale unless it has a lifetime guarantee, then 1 exchange is granted

- Accessories can be returned within 14 days if it is in original packaging

- Unopened bags of kibble can be returned within 14 days. Open bags can only be returned within 7 days if it is a health issue.
